Win tickets to Game Fair

The Rugby Advertiser has teamed up with organisers of the new fair, which takes place at Stonleigh Park, from July 22 - 25, to give away two family day tickets, worth £70 each.

It was launched last October to fill the void left by the CLA Game Fair to give existing countryside and fieldsports enthusiasts a new event to celebrate the industry in the UK, and give newcomers a place to experience the wonders of the great British countryside and have a go at a range of fieldsports.

The unique ‘Experience’ campaign has been designed to encourage first-timers to try their hand at a clay pigeon shooting, fishing, handling and training working dogs and 4x4 driving, all taught by some of the UK’s elite competitors and training staff.

Over 300 core exhibitors and 100,000 visitors are expected at this exciting new three-day event, which will focus on shooting, fishing, hunting, gamekeeping, estate management, rural crafts, working dogs and artisan food, with celebrity chef demonstrations, tastings and competitions from some of the UK’s finest game chefs.

Acclaimed game chef and food writer, Tim Maddams, will lead the mouth-watering line up in the Artisan Food Area, also featuring Rayeesa, from Rayeesa’s Indian Kitchen, and José Souto, senior lecturer at London’s internationally-respected Westminster Kingsway College.
