Woman taken to hospital after being found on pavement

Police investigating an incident in Church Walk, Rugby at the weekend are trying to trace three females who may have witnessed it.

The incident happened in the early hours of Sunday morning, May 25, and involved a woman and one other person.

Police were called at about 3.30am to Bilton Road, where a 38-year-old woman had been found on the pavement.

She was taken to University Hospital Coventry where she was treated for minor injuries including bruising and grazing to her hands and knees.

The three females are believed to have been standing smoking at the end of the alleyway, and looked towards the incident.

They, and anyone else witnessed the incident or has information which will help with enquiries, is asked to call Warwickshire Police on 101.
