Young creatives showcase their work

Social enterprise Hybrid Arts, which is based at Spencer Yard’s cultural quarter, held an open day to show off the talents of the young people who have been working with the organisation.

The courtyard was also transformed into an open-air market, where young people working in creative industries, together with professionals from Coventry University and Garden Organic, sold a variety of goods including plants, fashion, interiors, art, photography and music.

Hybrid’s co-director Stella Carr said: “It was the perfect opportunity for our young people to get feedback about the products they have produced with us. All the comments from guests were extremely positive. The young people should be proud of what they managed to pull off under pressure. Great work.”
