We don’t usually have a Memory Lane page over Christmas, so I thought I’d take the chance to show you a couple more of Mark Hickman’s cleverly merged pictures from his new book ‘Rugby Moments In Time - a photographic history of Rugby’.

As we mentioned last week, he mixes scenes from the turn of the last century into a montage with current views. Mark says the idea was to show the differences in places, lifestyles and fashions, over a period of time in places that are familiar.

Mark Hickman’s book can be bought from: The Nest, Hunts bookshop,The Rugby library museum gift shop, Maddens on Hillmorton Road. It can also be bought direct from the website www.Rugbynowandthen.com, where you can also order his calendar or any of the book pictures as 10x8 framed prints.
