Craig called up to nationwide trials

Rugby’s Craig Carter has been called up for the Bowls England Junior Trials at Norgren on Saturday 25th May, morning session starts 11am and afternoon session roughly 2.30pm.

He will join Tom Millership (Nuneaton) who last season gained his first cap and established International Tom Bishop who is playing out of Erdington Court while studying at university in Birmingham.

The two Toms will be playing for the Red team, full rink Tom Bishop, Tom Millership, Martin Puckett (Dorset) & Perry Martin (Kent) against Joe Melmore (Devon), Scott Whiting (Kent), Matthew Orrey (Lincolnshire) & Dominic Kelly (Yorkshire).

Craig is playing for the White team in a rink consisting of Craig Carter, Lloyd Sabatini (Essex), Adam Clark (Isle of Wight) & Ian Catchpole (Norfolk) they will play Dan Targar (Northumberland), Chris Yeomans (Northumberland),

Travis Mellor (Isle of Wight) & Jamie Walker (Northamptomshire).

Tom Bishop will also be playing in the Senior Trials for the White Team on the Sunday with Mel Biggs (Wiltshire), Peter Ward (Hampshire) & Perry Martin (Kent) against James Parkinson (Lancashire), Ben Sherman (Cumbria), Ian Honnor (Surrey) & Stephen Farish (Cumbria).
