RUGBY TOWN: Still fourth after Saturday’s postponement

St Ives pitch waterlogged

Rugby Town stay fourth in the Evostik Division One Central, but were without a game on Saturday when their game at St Ives was called off after a lunchtime pitch inspection deemed it too wet to play.

A new date has yet to be arranged.

Valley remain fourth in the table with 53 points from 28 games, behind Bedworth United (58 points from 28 games), Aylesbury (56 from 28) and Kettering (55 from 25). Hanwell in fifth have 52 points from 27 games.

Rugby’s next game is at Butlin Road on Saturday when they host 15th placed Aylesbury United.
