This week’s ladies competition was reduced to a 9-hole Individual Stableford to take account of the wet conditions on some of the holes and 16 ladies turned out to play.

The weather was fine and the sun shone at times which made quite pleasant playing conditions. The winner of the competition was Anne Hawkins with 20 points, 2nd place went to Carol O’Neil with 18 points and 3rd was Glen Brazier, on count back from Caroline Brown, with 17 points.
