Sailors at Draycote Water ‘Pushed the Boat Out’ in a nationwide show of support for Britain’s Olympic team sailors on Saturday

National ‘Push the Boat Out Day’ was the focal point of the RYA’s nationwide London 2012, Sail for Gold, initiative celebrating Britain’s unmatched Olympic sailing heritage and inspiring more people to get out on the water more regularly. Hundreds of sailing clubs and centres all over the country took part in national ‘Push the Boat Out Day’ in an emphatic show of support for the British sailing team as they prepare to stake their claim as the World’s top sailing nation for the fourth Games in a row.
