Paddox, Boughton Leigh and St Marie’s through to represent Rugby

Seventeen teams from primary schools in Rugby attended the Level 2 School Games Tri Golf competition on Friday, June 10.

Players took part in eight skills challenges with teams rotating around each one.

The organisers, Harris CofE Academy School Sports Partnership, would like to thank Rugby High School for kindly hosting this competition and for their super leaders who supported the event. Well done to all the schools who took part and the results are as follows:

Year 4:

1st place: Paddox Primary - progressing to Level 3 on July 8

2nd place: Dunchurch Juniors

3rd place: Abbots Farm Junior

4th place: Knightlow Primary

5th place: Boughton Leigh Junior

6th place: St Marie’s Primary

Year 5:

1st place: Boughton Leigh Junior - progressing to Level 3 on July 8

Joint 2nd Place Dunchurch Juniors

Joint 2nd Paddox Primary

3rd place: Knightlow Primary

4th place: Abbots Farm Junior

Year 6:

1st place: St Marie’s Primary - progressing to Level 3 on 8/7/16

2nd place: Abbots Farm Junior

3rd place: Boughton Leigh Junior

4th place: Paddox Primary

5th place: Knightlow Primary

6th place: Dunchurch Juniors

Winning teams will now progress to represent Eastern Warwickshire on July 8 at the Coventry, Solihull & Warwickshire Level 3 School Games event at Warwick University.
