Saints’ inability to capitalise fully on their first-half dominance ultimately cost them the game against resilient Buckby, who now still have a theoretical chance of promotion.
This week Saints travel to BBOB, who sit one place below them in the table. The home fixture produced a narrow win but Saints have never won at Northampton and know that they will be met by a big physical pack and some demanding route one rugby.
