A talented performer from Rugby is set to perform in Thoroughly Modern Musicals at the weekend.
It takes place at the Albany Theatre, Coventry, on Saturday and features Mollie-Elaine Griffiths, who is originally from the town.
She first appeared on Rugby Theatre stage in 1999 and since graduating in musical theatre at the London College of Music, Mollie-Elaine’s career has taken her all over the country.
She has entertained all ages from young to old in various tours of nurseries, schools, comunity centres, residential homes and theatres.
Credits include: Queen Elizabeth I in the world premier of Quill the Musical (Watermans Theatre), The Dinosaurs First Christmas (London Tour) and Gotta Sing, Gotta Dance (Solo UK Tour).
Saturday’s play, delivered by JDG Productions in support of Baby Lifeline will take you on a unique theatrical experience by introducing you to the musicals of the 21st century. Including Wicked, Frozen, Ghost, Next To Normal, The Last Five Years and not forgetting some of the classics such as Mary Poppins and the Lion King.
