The Zephyr Band Rugby: New members welcome. The Zephyr Wind Band has been playing in the community for the last ten years. It is hoping to recruit new players of a modest standard for Wind and Brass instruments, and a new drummer. The band meets on a Thursday evening during school terms at 7.30pm at the United Reform Church next to the Recreation Ground Sports Centre, Hillmorton Road. Rugby Gardeners Guild: The next meeting is on Tuesday June 16 at The Thornfield Indoor Bowling Club commencing at 7.30pm. The speaker will be Murray Mylechreest talking on ‘Botany for Gardeners ‘. Refreshments and a raffle will be available.
Rugby Spiritual & Healing Centre: meet every Sunday in The Robbins Building, Albert Street, Rugby at 6.30pm for free demonstrations of mediumship; and hold clairvoyant evenings every Wednesday evening at 7.30pm (£4).
