Coventry Musical Three Minute Heroes: Returns to The Belgrade Stage.

The Belgrade Theatre is thrilled to announce that Three Minute Heroes will make its long awaited return to Coventry for three weeks this autumn. This brand new production by Bob Eaton will play on the Belgrade’s B2 stage from Sat 4 – Saturday 25 October. This will be followed by the return of the Belgrade’s popular B2 Xmas show, Oh No It Isn’t! from Mon 8 – Sat 27 December. Telephone 024 7655 3055.

Rugby Gardenners’ Guild: Tuesday 15th July 2014 at The Thornfield Indoor Bowling Club commencing at 7.30pm. The speaker will be Frank Hardy on ‘Focal Points in the Garden’. Refreshments and raffle will be available.

Wolston Grange Fete: this Saturday, £3 all car booters. Lots of attrations. The venue is at Coalpit Lane, Lawford Heath.

Barby Church Fete: at the village playing field, Sunday 13th July. Field and BBQ open from 1.30pm, stalls open at 2pm. Live Music by The Bearcats Blue Band and lots of attractions.

Churchover Village Garage Sales: Sunday, July 13 from 10am-2pm. Holy Trinity Church will also be hosting a wedding dress exhibition /a treasure hunt / bric-a-brac stall plus Tea and cakes. Maps available from the village hall along with a Wild Goose Walking Treasure Hunt and some Table top stalls in the hall. The bar will also be open and you can enjoy the Annual Summer BBQ in the afternoon.

Charity event The Bull: Rugby on Friday 1st August to raise money for Variety: The Children’s charity, essentially H & K Equipment Ltd have challenged me to bring a team of 5 regulars and go head to head to see who can eat the most chicken wings in a limited time. Donations to the pub.
